The MILWAUKEE Bucks, supported by 35 points from Damian Lillard and 34 points from Giannis Antetokounmpo, ended their series of two consecutive defeats in California by winning 124-117 over the Los Angeles Clippers in the NBA match, Monday (11/3) WIB.

Lillard scored 16 of his 35 points in the fourth quarter to ensure the Bucks beat the Clippers. He also added 7 rebounds and 11 assists.

Two-time NBA MVP winner, Antetokounmpo, recorded 7 rebounds and 10 assists as the Bucks recovered following losing to the Golden State Warriors and Los Angeles Lakers.

“This win is very important,” said Lillard when the Bucks will continue their series of away tours at the home of the Sacramento Kings, Wednesday (13/3) WIB.

In the match between the Clippers and Bucks, the two teams took turns leading 28 times with the Bucks not holding back at the end of the match.

Lillard scored nine points without reply to put the Bucks ahead by 10 points with 1:19 left in the game.

The Clippers were without Kawhi Leonard and Paul George as they played their second game in less than 24 hours.

After beating the Chicago Bulls 112-102, Sunday (10/3) WIB, the Clippers decided to rest Leonard and George, who were suffering from minor injuries. (AFP/Z-1)
