Faced with an overall decline in the electric car market, Lucid is following suit. The Air sedan sees its price reduced by 7,500 dollars.

Automotive market fluctuations are often negative, but the dynamics are sometimes positive for consumers. After Tesla, which reduced the price of the Model 3 by more than 13,000 eurosthe other manufacturers line up.

We already knew that Asian manufacturers Xpeng and VinFast planned to follow suit. From now on, it is the American-Saudi manufacturer, Lucid Motors, which takes the fold and will reduce its prices.

This obviously concerns the Lucid Air, its electric sedan, whose prices are falling again. Small originality however, it is not the prices for future buyers that are falling. Indeed, Lucid reduces the prices of current rentals.

“Effective immediately, customers who lease a Lucid Air through Lucid Financial Services will receive an automatic reduction of $7,500 in the form of a cost reduction”wrote the firm in a message. “By taking advantage of this discount, customers will have lower monthly payments. As always, we are delighted to dream of the future with you”concluded Lucid, in reference to his slogan.
