Real Madrid are evaluating a number of potential post-World Cup acquisitions and are keeping tabs on Harry Kane and Alphonso Davies, the outlet reports Sport.
Real Madrid head coach Carlo Ancelotti appears to be continuing his search for a striker and Tottenham star Harry Kane would fit the profile of the type of player who might be Karim Benzema’s future successor.
Spurs are reportedly demanding a fee in the region of €90m to part ways with the England captain, an amount Real Madrid are reportedly unwilling to offer. If the 29-year-old wants to join the Spanish club, it is believed that the latter will have to convince Real to lower their price.
The La Liga champions are also looking for a solution for the left flank and Davies is said to be top of their list. The Canadian Bayern Munich star had previously been identified as a potential replacement for Marcelo and he is reportedly an option once more.
Davies will complete the first of his last two years with Bayern next summer, having signed a five-year contract extension in 2020.
