Tram: “forgotten” cyclists in the hypercentre of Liège?
According to the government, thanks to this intervention, the “most impactful” works for the inhabitants of Liège should be completed by December 2023. The circulation of the tram with its first passengers is; she, returned to the end of January 2025.
“I take good note of the deadlines that Tram’Ardent undertakes to respect”, added Willy Demeyer.

”This schedule will allow the City of Liège to respond to the many questions from citizens and traders who have been heavily impacted by the delays in the construction site. We will thus be able to consider the normal resumption of activities in Liège as the College has always wished. The parties to the agreement will be quickly invited to come and present it to the municipal authorities.”
