The official Rappel conso website issued four sheets on Thursday and Friday concerning raspberry wafers that may contain pieces of plastic. The biscuits were marketed in Norma stores, in almost all Lidl stores in France, at E. Leclerc and Carrefour.

The first product affected by the recall is a 160 g box of Sondey brand wafers. The cakes were sold at Lidl between March 31 and April 19, with barcode 20410940. The complete list of points of sale is detailed by Reminder conso.

At Leclerc and Carrefour

Wafers filled with raspberry jam from Delicia are also pointed out by the specialized site. They have also been offered in 160 g packets since April 6 in Norma supermarkets.

E. Leclerc recalls raspberry wafers and others with strawberries and wild strawberries from the P’tit Déli brand. They were offered to customers between April 7 and 20.

Finally, the Carrefour banners also issue alerts on strawberry wafers from its Extra brandsold between April 13 and 19.

Do not consume

The fruit filling may contain pieces of plastic. “Due to the risk of injury or adverse effects following the ingestion of this product, as a precaution it is recommended that people who hold products belonging to the[x] lot[s] describe[s] above not to consume them”, specifies Rappel Conso.

It is possible to bring the cookies back to the store for a refund, before May 31 for Norma, before June 19 for Lidl, before June 20 for E. Leclerc and June 19 for Carrefour.
