The Jinan Licheng No. 2 Middle School women’s football team defeated the Baoding No. 1 Middle School women’s football team 2:0 and won the high school women’s group championship.
The whole game was extremely intense. Facing strong opponents, the women’s football team of Licheng No. 2 Middle School was not afraid of challenges, and they fought tenaciously and hard, showing extraordinary perseverance. In the first half of the game, the two sides were in a stalemate. After entering the first half stoppage time, Li Yuzhe, the No. 37 player of Licheng No. 2 Middle School, scored a goal, updating the score to 1:0. At the beginning of the second half, No. 23 player Bu Yuying scored another goal, expanding the score to 2:0. In the end, the women’s football team of Licheng No. 2 Middle School won the championship.
It is reported that the 2023-2024 National Youth Campus Football League is a national student football event hosted by the Ministry of Education, covering four levels of leagues: university, high school, junior high school, and elementary school. This event originated in 1999 and was originally called the “National Middle School Football League”. After several name changes and restructurings, it has now become a campus football brand event with a wide coverage and far-reaching influence. The high school league is an important part of the league system, aiming to improve the football skills of high school students, cultivate football reserve talents, and promote the development of campus football culture. This season attracted 54 high school campus football teams from all over the country to participate, divided into men’s and women’s groups.
On August 14, in the National Youth Campus Football League High School Women’s Super League competition, the Jinan Licheng No. 2 Middle School women’s football team defeated their opponents with a huge score of 7:0 and 7:1 respectively and successfully advanced to the semi-finals. In the semi-finals, they defeated their opponents with a score of 2:0 and rushed into the finals.
