LG celebrates 10 years of OLED TVs and introduces OLED M, the world’s first wireless TV

In an event held in São Paulo, LG Electronics celebrated this week the 10 years of success in the OLED TV market, which featured the complete 2023 line, in addition to the new LG Signature OLED M3, the world’s first wireless TV.

According to Omdia, LG has led the OLED TV segment for 10 years, and in the first quarter of 2023, the brand captured approximately 60% of the global market, and 70% of the ultra-large OLED TV market. Additionally, with a presence in 130 countries, the company became the first OLED TV manufacturer to reach the impressive milestone of 15 million cumulative sales.

With the launch in Brazil also in 2013, with the world’s first curved OLED TV, over the years, LG has continued to update safely to maintain the public’s trust. The expertise in OLED TVs allowed the brand to launch, on Brazilian soil, televisions with a wide variety of sizes (42 to 83 inches), 4K or 8K image, and new technologies, which intelligently increase the brightness of the screen, or control voice without remote control.

Among the latest innovations in the LG OLED segment, we have the LG Signature OLED M3the world’s first wireless TV, the LG Signature OLED Rwith roll-up screen, and the LG OLED Flex, with flexible curvature. While the first model won two Innovation Awards at CES 2023, the latter, aimed at the gamer audience, allows a flat or curved screen of up to 900R, and arrives later this year in Brazil. Currently, the LG OLED Flex is on display at Casa LG, at CASACOR SP 2023 until 08/06/2023.

Present for the first time in Brazil for the event celebrating 10 years of world leadership in OLED technology, the LG Signature OLED M3 – the first wireless OLED TV in the world, which has a stunning 97-inch screen with 4K resolution and 120Hz. The revolutionary TV comes with a separate Zero Connect box that wirelessly sends video and audio signals to the screen via a fast-connect Wi-Fi router, giving you greater flexibility to install and connect your way, regardless of whether you have nearby connectors or no.
