Dmitry Medvedev, in response to a joint communique by the Foreign Ministers of the G7 countries (G7), said that Russia “doesn’t care” regarding the union’s non-recognition of new borders. The position of the Deputy Chairman of the Security Council of the Russian Federation was announced in his Telegram-channel.
“Let’s put it mildly: our country does not care regarding the non-recognition of new borders by the G7, the true will of the people living there is important. Don’t forget the Kosovo precedent, Western friends,” he addressed the diplomats.
Medvedev also added that instead of helping Kyiv, the G7 members should focus on “problems with fuel and food” in their countries.
