The game will be released on September 17th, and since it is not a separate game, it requires the original Half-Life 2 game registered on Steam, and can be played on Valve Index, HTC Vive, Oculus Rift, and Windows MR.

In the game, the player becomes Gordon Freeman and can experience the world of Half-Life 2 in VR from a first-person perspective. You can experience as if you were actually in the space by grabbing and throwing objects with your hands, climbing ladders, and playing catch games with your dog. Reloading the gun, etc., also has to be operated manually, increasing the immersion.

Half-Life 2: VR Mode was developed with a small number of people in 2013, and was selected for Steam Greenlight in 2017 and developed smoothly with the cooperation of Valve. In addition to the simple porting to VR, graphic improvements and interactive elements were added to suit the times, allowing you to play the game in a slightly different way from the original.

Half-Life 2: VR mode officially supports the Korean interface and voice just like the original.
