“Let’s Breakfast Together” unites 300 international schools and universities in “Ramadan Dubai” event.

The Organizing Committee for Ramadan Dubai 1444 AH hosted nearly 300 people from foreign schools and universities in Dubai at Dubai Expo City. The invitation was to break fast as part of the initiative called “Let’s break the fast together”. The initiative is one of many Department of Civilizational Communication initiatives supervised by the Mohammed bin Rashid Center for Islamic Culture. Dr. Hamad bin Sheikh Ahmed Al-Shaibani, the Director-General of the Department of Islamic Affairs and Charitable Activities, was in attendance, alongside directors of foreign schools and universities, professors, specialists in research and science, and directors of companies.

Ramadan Dubai 1444 AH was organized by the Islamic Affairs and Charitable Activities Department in Dubai, under the slogan “Ramadan Dubai with those we love”, and under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE. This gathering at Dubai Expo City aimed to promote tolerance and coexistence and consolidate the country’s unique model of cohesion and coexistence with foreign communities.

Dr. Hamad Al-Shaibani said that this gathering of various schools and universities is a meeting place for science and an important part of the country’s progress and prosperity. Ahmed Khalfan Al Mansouri, the Department’s Civil Communication Adviser and Head of the Islamic Cultural Events Team, stated that this initiative aimed to enrich and exchange science and knowledge, strengthen mutual relations, and gain experiences between Government departments and the scientific and academic side.
