The investigation authorities in Port Said governorate announced, this morning, Saturday, the burial of the body of Port Said woman Dalia Samir Al-Hoshi, a worker at Port Fouad General Hospital, who accused her daughter and her friend – her neighbor – of killing her inside her home in Masaken Al-Fayrouz, near the city of Port Fouad, after the completion of the prosecution’s investigations into the incident.
The Public Prosecution examined the crime scene, listened to eyewitnesses, seized surveillance camera recording devices, and summoned forensic medicine to conduct an autopsy.
Major General Medhat Abdel-Rahim, Assistant Minister of Interior and Director of Port Said Security, had received a report of the killing of Ms. Dalia Samir Al-Houshi, a worker at Port Fouad Hospital, inside her home in the Al-Fayrouz neighborhood, and the official authorities began investigating the incident to reach its circumstances.
A security source revealed shocking details in the incident when the Port Said detectives found a “T-shirt” at the scene of the accident. It was found from the question of the children of the victim’s children that it belonged to their neighbour, so he was arrested. During the question of her 20-year-old daughter, the security team suspected her speech, her attempts and the second offender in Convincing them that the incident was a theft and that a thief killed her, so each of them was questioned separately, and he concluded that the primary reasons for the incident reveal their involvement in the murder, and the accused confessed, during his questioning, to having committed the crime in partnership with his girlfriend – the daughter of the dead woman – after she entered the house and found them inside alone.
The source confirmed that the victim’s daughter and her friend (her neighbor) confessed during the investigations that they had ended her life, and said that during their execution of the crime, the victim asked them for mercy, saying: “Spiony, you are watching,” and she uttered the testimony 3 times. The accused, her daughter’s friend, replied, “Enough of that.” And he hit her with a blow that took her life.” Her daughter also poured hot water on her to make sure she was killed, and they tried to prepare a “shikara” to hide the body, but their matter was revealed.
