Great developments occurred during the past hours, following the Lebanese singer Myriam Fares responded to her compatriot, Lebanese singer Fares Karam, who insulted her through his official account on Twitter.
What’s the story?
The story began when the artist Fares Karam expressed his objection to the size of his image in the propaganda poster for his concert with Myriam Fares compared to her image, within the activities of the Jeddah lyrical season, which led to his withdrawal from the concert following he confirmed that “Myriam” was behind the matter.

In one of the programs, “Karam” responded to the reasons for his withdrawal from the concert, following Myriam confirmed that the organizing company was the one who requested it, so Fares Karam commented: “I will not respond to a acidified psyche,” and continued: “Yes, her psyche is acidified, text and increase.”
Miriam replied
On the “The Insider” program, the artist, Myriam Fares, commented on what happened: “I heard what he said, and I can’t respond to this level… I have an idea regarding him that he is a respectable person, and I was surprised by the story that happened, and the whole story is a big picture and a small picture, a defect regarding Very wrong.”
And she added, “My idea regarding him was different, and I asked the organizers of the ceremony, does Faris know that I chose him to be with me at the concert from among the group of artists you showed me, and the response was that he knew, instead of thanking me saying this, I will not respond at this level.”
A harsh message from Karam
Myriam Fares’ response aroused the anger of the artist Fares Karam, who wrote through his official account on Twitter: “I like to remind you of the days when you were singing with strings and running and picturing with me at the end of the night, and the rest you know is good.
The matter did not stop at Karam’s response, but rather he activated an offensive “hashtag”, which angered Miriam following he insulted her.
Miriam threatens to go to court
Immediately, Myriam Fares replied, via her Twitter account, saying: “You look like you did not bear the truth. In the judiciary, you will be an example for every male who assaults the honor of a woman, because no head came out with her.”
