The party chaired by Maxime Prévot announces a new recruit within the Engagés. After Olivier de Wasseige, Yves Coppieters and Jean-Luc Crucke, it is the turn of Linkebeek alderman Benjamin Daro to join Les Engagés.
A 40-year-old lawyer at the Brussels bar, Benjamin Daro is in charge, in his municipality, of matters such as the Environment, Regional Planning, Town Planning, Heritage, Public Cleanliness, Legal Affairs, Middle classes, SMEs and animal welfare.
“I am very proud to welcome Benjamin who takes a very fair look at the problems of society, and in particular on the questions of municipalities with facilities. He will bring us all his experience in the drafting of the plan for the transformation of justice and security but also his extremely keen eye on environmental issues”, comments, in a press release, the president of Les Engagés, Maxime Prévot.
“In recent years, I have taken the time to follow the evolution of the Engagés, to go through their manifesto several times and I was seduced by their proposals, their innovative and above all pragmatic approach to meeting the biggest challenges of our time, starting with the environmental crisis”, adds Benjamin Daro.
