For the past two months, “Lenz” has been offering a free home delivery once a week with the support of local volunteers.
“This is intended for people who, due to the current situation, are currently unable to go shopping themselves or are no longer able to do so,” says Christina Hönickl from the 14-person “Lenz” team. When the weather is good, home deliveries are even made by bike, out of a love of nature and sustainability. “This is what living together and caring for one another looks like,” emphasize the five volunteers, Rita Helmel, Hemma Kaltenbrunner, Hubert and Maria Riegler, and Sepp Brandstifter.
