Neither scarf, nor jersey, nor any sign suggesting that you support Olympique de Marseille will be admitted from this Friday evening, 6 p.m., and until Saturday evening, 11 p.m., in a large part of Lens (in the center and around the Bollaert stadium), a few streets in Liévin, a few streets in Avion (near the Gaillette technical center) and in Arras. Otherwise, you risk, in theory, up to six months in prison, a 30,000 euro fine and a one-year stadium ban. As for every RC Lens home match, the Pas-de-Calais prefecture took a prefectural decree to supervise the arrival of visiting supporters and try to prevent incidents with those of the RCL.
This decree is motivated by previous clashes between the two camps, notably in May and November 2023, despite, moreover, the prefectural decrees taken at the time. this match, which will kick off at 5 p.m., is also classified at level 3 out of 4 by the national anti-hooliganism division. OM supporters coming by bus will have to be escorted by the police from the Thélus area, on the A26, to the stadium.
