New affordable thin and light laptops, the Lenovo V14 G3 ABA and Lenovo V15 G3 ABA with 14 and 15 inch Full HD IPS screens run Windows 11 with AMD Barcelo processor up to Ryzen 7 Octo Core, SSD + disk storage drive or a USB-C and Wi-Fi ax connection.
The Lenovo V14 G3 ABA more precisely integrates a connection Wi-Fi 6 ax (2×2) ou Wi-Fi 5 ac (2×2), Bluetooth 5.0/.2, HDMI (2.5K@60Hz), Ethernet Gigabit (Wake-on-LAN), audio combo Casque/Micro, 1 USB 3.2 (Gen1), 1 USB 2.0 et 1 USB 3.2 Type-C (Gen1).
It incorporates a processor AMD Barcelona APU (Accelerated Processing Unit) – equivalent to a Cezanne Refresh – low consumption Quad Core Ryzen 3 5425U (2.7 GHz), Hexa Core Ryzen 5 5625U (2.3 GHz) or Octo Core Ryzen 7 5725U (2.0 GHz), all housing within them the Radeon Vega integrated graphics solution.
At the heart of this compact laptop are also up to 16 GB DDR4 3200MHz of RAM (4/8 GB welded + 1 slot) while the storage options depend on the battery:
– 1 slot for 2.5 inch HDD and 1 slot for M.2 NVMe PCIe 3.0 x4 SSD up to 512 GB when a Li-Polymer battery 38Whr is present. It can be recharged by 80% in 1 hour with Rapid Charge technology offering an announced autonomy of 8 hours under Windows 11, it is planned.
– 1 single M.2 NVMe PCIe 3.0 x4 SSD slot up to 512 GB with Li-Polymer battery 45Whr rechargeable for 2 hours in just 15 minutes, the announced autonomy then being established at 10 hours.
The screen is a model 14 pouces Full HD (1920×1080) anti-reflective 45% NTSC i.e. 500:1 TN 250cd/m² i.e. 800:1 IPS 300cd/m².
Above the screen sits a 720p HD webcam with microphone and privacy shutter to preserve privacy.
There are also 2 speakers (2 x 1.5W) Dolby Audio and a chiclet keyboard. What a pity, however, that no backlight option for the keys is provided!
Announced in Business Black (black) and Iron Gray (silver) designs, the Lenovo V14 G3 ABA weighs 1.5 Kgmeasures 324 x 215 x 19.9 mm and runs on Windows 11 (Pro).
The Lenovo V15 G3 ABA stands out for its 15 inch screenits weight of 1.7 Kg et ses dimensions de 359 x 236 x 19.9 mmwhich allows it to accommodate on the right a numeric keypad.
