Lenovo joins ServiceNow Consulting and Implementation Partner Program to drive digital transformation for customers

Today, Lenovo announced that it has joined the ServiceNow Consulting and Implementation Partner Program to help organizations leverage innovative workflows powered by Lenovo using ServiceNow platform capabilities.

As a ServiceNow consulting and implementation partner, Lenovo will leverage its extensive industry experience, service track record and large-scale implementation knowledge to help customers accelerate their digital transformation through the Now Platform. Lenovo will initially offer a gateway to transformative digital workplace capabilities to customers in Australia and Hong Kong, with other territories around the world to follow.

The renewed ServiceNow Partner Program recognizes partners for their diverse expertise and experience in creating opportunities, reaching new markets and jointly helping customers in their digital transformation efforts.

Lenovo is expanding its digital workplace solutions capabilities with the Consulting and Implementation Partner Program to offer services through the Now Platform such as order management, enterprise asset management, service bridging, portfolio management services, technology provider service management, security operations, IT service management, IT operations management solutions and generative AI that can be combined with the capabilities of the Lenovo Care of One platform.

Through the program and Lenovo’s implementation of the Now Platform, customers will have the benefit of Lenovo’s latest digital workplace solutions, meaning they can more effectively manage the customer, supplier and employee experience, integrate new services on existing systems, enhance security and data protection controls, as well as leverage AI capabilities.
