The police in Lemnos were shocked when they found an incendiary device, specifically Molotov cocktails, hidden inside a school.
In investigations conducted into the illegal possession and trade of flares ahead of Easter, the police who participated in them found Molotov cocktails hidden outside a school in Myrina on the island of Lemnos. A total of 45 improvised incendiary devices and a bottle of alcohol were found at the scene.
All the findings were confiscated and handed over to forensic laboratories, where they are being examined for fingerprints and genetic material.
At the same time, the police officers of the Myrina department are conducting a preliminary investigation to find those who had hidden the incendiary devices.
