Vienna – The operator of the Vienna Café Landtmann and the local landlord have ended their legal dispute over non-payment of rent during the corona pandemic. The coffee house operations continue. The disputing parties – Querfelds Wiener Kaffeehaus GmbH and the landlord Novoreal AG of the Karl Wlaschek Privatstiftung – have agreed to a settlement “amicably and amicably”, spokespeople for the two companies announced on Monday evening.
