The First Public Prosecutor of the South Cairo Prosecution Office referred the college, a fitness trainer, and a student to the Criminal Court, accusing them of kidnapping a girl, indecent assault, photographing her naked, and stealing her money.
The referral order stated that the defendants kidnapped the victim, and that was by circumventing a trick from them that deceived her, so we managed her by that means, keeping her away from the eyes of her family, and if the crime of indecent assault on the aforementioned victim was associated with that felony, that is, at the same time and place, the statement denied the victim’s indecent assault by force, that they photographed her naked against her will; This is punishable by the provisions of Article 168, the first and second of the Penal Code.
They also stole movables and property (golden artifacts and a sum of money amounting to a thousand pounds) owned by the victim, and that was by coercing her by taking naked pictures of her to force her to give up her possessions, so they spread terror in herself and by this coercive means we were able to seize the stolen goods.
They violated the privacy of the victim’s life by taking pictures of her “video clip” – the subject of the first accusation – in a private place without her consent, using a device (a Samsung mobile phone).
