Lee Jun-seok returned home today after visiting Ukraine

Lee Jun-seok, the representative of the People’s Power, who visited Ukraine, will return to Korea on the followingnoon of the 9th.

The People’s Power said that the ‘Korea-Ukraine Freedom and Peace Solidarity Special Delegation’, composed of Representative Lee and party lawmakers, will arrive through Incheon International Airport Terminal 1 around 4 pm on the same day.

Previously, CEO Lee left for Ukraine on the night of the 3rd with Kim Hyeong-dong, Park Seong-min, Jeong Dong-man, Tae Young-ho, and Heo Eun-ah.

The delegation crossed the border from Poland to Ukraine on the 4th local time and looked around Bucha and Irfin areas where the massacre of civilians occurred in Kiiu Province.

For reasons such as personal safety, the specific schedule and route of the delegation were kept private.

During their stay, the delegation had a meeting with local parliamentarians and Korean-American groups, and it is known that they also visited the Ukrainian National Assembly and Children’s Hospital.

The delegation is believed to have finished their local schedule on the 6th of last month, when they met Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, and returned to their home country via Poland.
