It’s summer, and during the summer, LeBron James is used to traveling to get some personal kiffs. A few days following being spotted in Puerto Rico for a basketball game, the King returned yesterday to Miami – where he spent four years of his NBA career – to witness Lionel Messi’s big debut with the Florida team. One thing is certain, he did not leave disappointed.
The evening began with a warm embrace between LeBron and Messi. It ended with a sumptuous goal from the Argentine genius, with the King in the stands to greet him.
For Lionel Messi’s big debut with Inter Miami yesterday, LeBron James was among the many celebrities present for the occasion. Positioned near the field, not far from Serena Williams and Kim Kardashian, James was like all the fans inside the Drive Pink Stadium: eager to see the seven-time Golden Ball in action for the first time with his new team, to immortalize this special moment in the history of soccer in the United States.
And as so often when he is expected, Lionel Messi offered a magical moment by scoring the winning free kick in stoppage time of the match, thus blowing up an entire stadium committed to his cause.
Just “INCREDIBLE!!!!”, to use the words of the King.
