The Department of Estimates at the Meteorological Service expected that the weather tomorrow, Sunday, will be generally cloudy with a slight drop in temperatures and dense fog on the highlands during the period before noon. Scattered rain will fall, sometimes heavy and accompanied by thunderstorms, and the risk of torrential rains on the roads remains. The wind will be active at times and snow will fall at an altitude. 1,500 meters and above, wide relief is expected from the followingnoon, and rain is expected to fall once more at night.

The bulletin stated the following:

General situation: Lebanon and the eastern basin of the Mediterranean continue to be under the control of a highly effective depression accompanied by cold air masses, with occasional heavy rain and snow falling on the mountains until tomorrow followingnoon, Sunday, when its intensity will ease and gradually recede as of Monday followingnoon, and the weather will remain volatile until Monday morning. Next Wednesday, it will turn stable with temperatures rising.

Sunday: Mostly cloudy, with a slight drop in temperatures and dense fog in the highlands in the period before noon. Scattered rain falls, sometimes heavy and accompanied by thunderstorms, and the risk of torrential rains remains on the roads. Monday: Partly cloudy to cloudy at times, with no noticeable change in temperature and fog in the highlands. Scattered rain falls, sometimes heavy, with lightning, thunder, and active winds, especially in the southern and northern regions during the period before noon. Snow also falls at an altitude of 1,500 meters and above. Widespread relief is expected. During the day, when the rain decreases, ice forms on the mountain roads during the night, starting from an altitude of 1,400 meters.

Tuesday: Partly cloudy with moderate and high clouds, with temperatures rising that remain below their seasonal averages, and scattered and intermittent light rain falling, especially in the northern and southern regions, with some snow from an altitude of 1,600 meters and above. The risk of ice forming on mountain roads during the night remains, starting from an altitude of 1,500 meters. meter.

Wednesday: Partly cloudy with a further rise in temperatures that reach their seasonal levels. Fog forms on the highlands during the morning, scattered light rain falls, especially in the northern regions, and light snow at an altitude of 1,800 metres. The rain subsides and the weather stabilizes during the day.
