Today, Friday, Hezbollah Secretary-General Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah received Iranian Foreign Minister Hossein Amir Abdollahian, and Iranian Ambassador to Lebanon Mohammad Jalal Ferozania.
The latest political situation and developments in Lebanon and the region were reviewed, according to Fars news agency.
The Iranian Foreign Minister arrived in Beirutcoming from Syria, yesterday, Thursday.
Upon his arrival, he said that his country is ready “to extend bridges of cooperation with Lebanon in various fields, especially in the economic and trade fields.”

The Iranian minister said that “many transformations have occurred in the region and the world, and it is necessary that we hold more accurate consultations with dear officials in Lebanon regarding them.”
Abdullahian will visit President Michel Aoun, Parliament Speaker Nabih Berri, and Prime Minister Najib Mikati. He will also hold meetings with political and party figures.
This is Amir Abdullahian’s second visit to Lebanon following assuming the foreign ministry portfolio in Iran, when he visited Beirut on October 6.
