It was stated in the following bulletin:
General status: Relatively stable weather that dominates the eastern basin of the Mediterranean until noon tomorrow, Wednesday, as it is affected by an air depression centered over the Black Sea, which is gradually approaching, and is accompanied by cold air masses, heavy rain and strong winds, and its effect continues until Friday noon, when it gradually subsides.
Expected weather in Lebanon:
Tuesday: Partly cloudy with medium and high clouds with a slight rise in temperatures, especially in the mountainous and inland areas. Local fog forms on the heights and winds are active sometimes.
Wednesday: Partly cloudy to cloudy at times with medium and high clouds, and an additional rise in temperatures during the day that exceed their seasonal rates with the appearance of layers of dust in the air. And the south winds are also active and fog is formed on the heights during the night.
Thursday: Overall cloudy with a noticeable drop in temperatures, which become below their seasonal rates, dense fog sometimes forms on the heights and sporadic rain falls, sometimes heavy, accompanied by thunderstorms and hailstones, especially in the southern regions. Especially in the northern regions, so we warn of the fall of billboards, and snow begins to fall from a height of 2000 meters and above, and the level of snowfall decreases with the drop in temperatures to touch 1400 meters at night.
Friday: Overall cloudy with an additional drop in temperatures, rain and snowfall at an altitude of 1400 meters and above in the morning period. The weather gradually improves during the day, and becomes less cloudy as of the followingnoon.
