The two plaintiffs, James Safechuck (45) and Wade Robson (40), whose testimony appears in the documentary “Leaving Neverland”, claim to have been sexually abused by the pop star.
Their complaint specifically targets two companies that were in the hands of Michael Jackson. They had been rejected by a Californian court in 2020 and 2021, but three judges of an appeals court have now ruled in favor of taking these complaints into consideration.
The lawyers in charge of the estate of the “King of Pop” reacted by once once more claiming the innocence of Michael Jackson.
