“If I already know my co-star Laura Basuki, actually half of the actor’s homework is done. Having a co-star who I am sure has great character depth. Then I feel lucky to be her close friend. She is a great actress in my opinion. So, it’s fun working with Laura,” said Reza Rahadian in a limited interview session with the media in the South Jakarta area, Monday, (15/7/2024).
Collaboration with Laura, Reza said, is always interesting because he also finds new things from his co-workers. Off-screen, Reza and Laura are also friends. Both try to always be there at every important moment.
“What is clear is that she’s always there (Laura is always there). We are not the typical friends and best friends who keep calling, chatting every day. But Laura’s important moments, I will try my best to be there and present. Even though seeing from afar or sometimes it’s difficult to meet. And important moments in life,” continued Reza.
“Same here, (Reza) is always there. Every time we have a problem, we talk regarding it, we don’t judge each other, we just support each other,” Laura added.
