5 ora-pro-nóbis leaves; Small pieces of ginger; 400 ml of water.
Preparation mode
In a pan, place 400 ml of water, the five ora-pro-nóbis leaves and the pieces of ginger. Let it boil for five minutes. Turn off the heat and wait for it to cool. Drink then. If you prefer, you can add a small spoonful of honey or coconut sugar to sweeten.
