Learn how to avoid bad breath during the day in Ramadan × two steps

Dr. Walid Hassan, head of the Cairo Dental Syndicate, head of the Central Department of Dentistry at the Ministry of Health, said that by following several simple steps, it is possible to avoid mouth smell Bad breath during the day in Ramadan, through:

1- After eating the suhoor meal, it is necessary to brush the teeth with toothpaste to remove food residues, which, if they remain with the bacteria in the mouth, lead to fermentation and thus affect the smell of the mouth.

2- Eating some foods during suhoor, such as: yogurt, legumes.

Hassan pointed out the need to conduct a comprehensive examination of oral health, to treat any tooth decay and any infections in the gums, as well as being careful in eating sweet sugars, due to their transformation into acids and cause tooth decay.
