The executive president of the Venezuelan Airlines Association, Marisela de Loaiza, reported on how national airlines will work in view of the presidential elections on July 28.
In this regard, he stressed that the operations of national airlines will be completely normal for the presidential elections. In addition, their counters will be open during their usual hours.
Passengers will therefore be able to travel uninterrupted throughout the country during the election period, when the next president of the Republic will be chosen.

“The guidelines for operations will supposedly be followed, everything is going the same as always (…) it was learned through an official document from the Ministry of Defense where it says that there will be strict border control starting on Saturday, July 27,” he explained.
On the other hand, he commented in an interview with Unión Radio that the country’s air connectivity has been gradually improving, which represents a performance of 192 weekly international flights to 21 destinations.
Regarding domestic flights, he indicated that 285 weekly flights are registered in the country.
