The Mayor’s Office of Manizales reported that, to contribute to public order in Manizales tomorrow, Sunday, May 1, International Workers’ Day, it made the following determination contemplated in decree 0178 of 2022:
- Prohibit the sale and consumption of intoxicating beverages in Manizales between 6:00 am on Sunday, May 1, 2022 and 6:00 am on Monday, May 2, 2022. Violation of the measure may be sanctioned with a fine of up to two legal monthly minimum wages in force.
Likewise, on the occasion of the soccer game that will be played at the Palogrande Stadium between the Once Caldas and Deportivo Cali teams starting at 2:00 pm, the Local Soccer Commission determined:
- Close the borders of the city, which will be guarded by the police authorities.
- Disable the use and entry of the south stand of the sports arena.
Consequently, the sporting event will take place under the following conditions:
- El Once Caldas must guarantee logistics and security.
- The club will have 180 people inside the Stadium and 130 logistics personnel abroad.
- Once Caldas is in charge of transporting the teams and referees from the hotel to the sports venue and their subsequent transport after the game, with private surveillance.
- In the north stand there will be 50 young people from the North Holocaust bar with orange overalls that will facilitate the entry of fans to this area of the sports scene.
- The entry of Deportivo Cali jerseys will not be allowed.
