This Wednesday, February 8, the second meeting between six clubs of the Liga 1 Betsson (Alianza Lima, FBC Melgar, Deportivo Binacional, Cusco FC, scientist and Municipal Sports) and the Peruvian Football Federation (FPF) on the issue of television rights. After that, Sergio Ludueña, administrator of Cienciano, declared before the press and told some details of the negotiations between both parties.

“There was a second meeting with an approach, which we considered not what we expected. Now we are analyzing the points and tomorrow we will see what steps to follow. The only thing is that it didn’t seem like the way to us. The lawyers are reviewing the points,” he said.

In addition, the leader did not rule out that these squads show up to play on the fourth date of the local championship. “Everything depends on some points that we are going to review between today and tomorrow,” he said.

“We the teams want to play. The players need to play. Here we are dealing with a completely legal and economic issue. We are ensuring the best for each of the institutions we represent,” he added.
