This Saturday evening, Le Cannet and Venelles validated their ticket for the semi-finals of the final phase of the Women’s Volleyball League A, following eliminating Nantes and Paris-Saint-Cloud.
The champions of France are doing well. Saturday, for its third and last match of the quarter-finals, Le Cannet overcame Nantes (2-3 (22-25, 25-23, 25-11, 20-25, 14-16)). A victory which allows her to validate her ticket for the semi-finals of the final phase of the League A of women’s volleyball.
However, even for this final meeting, it was not as easy as that for Le Cannet. Indeed, Nantes even led two sets to one. But the Nantes women were never in a position to win the fourth round. In the last, the two teams found themselves tied (14-14). But the last two points therefore returned to Le Cannet, which will indeed see the last four.
Venelles was very scared
Venelles went through all the emotions. This Saturday, the club also validated its ticket for the semi-finals of the final phase of the Women’s Volleyball League A, following its victory once morest the Paris-Saint-Cloud club (2-3 (22-25, 25- 20, 25-15, 26-28, 7-15)). After winning the first run, Venelles dropped the next two.
