Bloober Teamthe study specialized in horror games, has announced a few hours ago news of Layers of Fearthe new installment of this saga that premiered in 2016 and will return to scare us a lot next June.
At the moment we still don’t know the exact day the game will hit stores, but its creators seem to be taking the last steps of its development because from next Monday we can enjoy a demo that, for the moment, It is exclusive for PC via Steam.
This will be the first time we can test Layers of Fear which, as some of you will remember, will use the Unreal Engine 5 graphics engine with all kinds of Epic Games engine technologies such as volumetric lights, Lumen or advanced effects of ray tracing. In addition, now we also know the “cost” of using this engine in terms of minimum and recommended PC requirements and we already anticipate that some of you may be surprised because the truth is that to play at 1080p and 60 FPS they are not As demanding as many of you might think considering the current state of PC requirements:
