“Today I received a response to our request from the Ministry of Defense that lawyers were included in the list of professions of citizens who are in reserve and subject to reservation. The ministry clarified to us that lawyers are involved in a number of types of economic activity,” Trunov said.
According to the lawyer, a mechanism for implementing the booking of lawyers is being worked out, as well as its regulatory and methodological support in lawyers’ formations, which should be organized and maintained in advance.
