Jadue was charged by the North Central Prosecutor’s Office as the perpetrator of the completed crimes of disloyal administration, fraud, repeated tax fraud and a bankruptcy crime. Since June 3, he had been serving preventive detention in Capitán Yáber.

“What has become clear is that There is no way to truly sustain, with this new background that we presented for almost three hours, that Jadue has indeed committed crimes.“That’s what matters to us here,” said the defender.

The lawyer interpreted the revocation as a sign of his client’s innocence.

“The ones who should speak in the proceedings are neither the prosecutors nor the lawyers. That has no value. What matters is what the evidence says. And today the evidence has spoken and Jadue is innocent. It is that clear,” he assured.
