Laurent Prud’homme, who was Managing Director of Discovery/Eurosport France, is expected to join Olympique Lyonnais as CEO, reporting directly to the President and owner of the Ligue 1 football club, John Textor.
Aurore Amaury, President of the L’Équipe Group and co-director of the eponymous Group, will take over as interim General Manager of the L’Équipe Group. She will manage all of the brand’s media: L’Équipe, France Football, VĂ©lo Magazine. Aurore Amaury will also be in charge of “the organization of events and the diversification strategy”. His brother, Jean-Etienne Amaury, also co-general manager of the Amaury Group, is president of Amaury Sport Organization (ASO), the sporting events organization branch.
