Saudi Arabia – The Board of Directors of the Qiddiya Investment Company announced the launch of “Aquaribia” park, the first water entertainment park of its kind in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the largest in the region, which is located in the heart of the city of Qiddiya.

It will complement Six Flags Qiddiya City, the city’s main amusement park and the first of its kind outside North America.

Both parks are committed to the highest standards of sustainable practices, using technology and innovative designs to reduce environmental impact, as the water park will contain advanced systems that can reduce water waste by up to 90% and reduce energy consumption, and the “Six Flags Qiddiya City” project also aims to restore Recycling operational waste that aims to divert more than 80% of waste from landfills.

The unveiling of “Aquaribia” comes following the announcement of many exciting entertainment, sports and cultural attractions in the city of Qiddiya, including the first multi-use gaming and electronic sports area in the world, the multi-sport Prince Mohammed bin Salman Stadium, the speed track, and the “Dragon Ball” amusement park. .

Based on the “Power of Play” philosophy adopted by the city of Qiddiya, “Aquaribia” will be the first home-made water entertainment city in the Kingdom, and will attract visitors from all over the world through 22 games and water experiences suitable for various family members, as the project includes five world records, Including the world’s first double water loop, the tallest and tallest water coaster with the highest jumping point, the longest and highest water racing track, the tallest water slide, and the world’s largest ride ever.

“Aquaribia” will also include the first underwater adventure trip that includes diving vehicles, and adventure lovers will enjoy the water sports area designated for rafting, kayaking, canoeing, free solo climbing, and cliff jumping. In addition to the first surfing pool in the Kingdom, “Aquaribia” will provide Immersive design elements and amenities rarely seen in water parks, themed around ancient desert water springs and the wildlife of Qiddiya.

Both Aquaribia and Six Flags Qiddiya City are located within Qiddiya City in a completely walkable neighborhood, where visitors enjoy a unique and wide range of activities, hotels, dining and relaxation options.
