The students, aged between 10-16 years, were selected to work on promoting the principles and values of the popular heritage of the local community, such as ways of receiving the guest and how to welcome him, respecting and helping the elderly, honoring and obedience to parents. This year’s edition includes many activities related to the country’s heritage and history, including visiting the library of the Hamdan Bin Mohammed Center for the Revival of Heritage, and attending the Al Maktoum Cup race for local rowing boats, so that the students will move on the evening of next Friday, December 23, to Al-Midan Castle in the heritage village in the Marmoum area to attend Al-Maidan 18 program for the Fazza Al-Yola Tournament, in addition to a special workshop on the basics of falconry.

Al-Bishr emphasized that the camp is an entertainment, heritage and cultural activity and a start towards more of these purposeful activities that contribute to raising a generation that adheres to its heritage and social legacies at an early age.
