“The International People’s Court on US Imperialism will challenge the economic crimes committed by the United States through the use of law, and will highlight the illegal, unjust, and colonial nature of coercive economic measures,” the statement said.
The “Palestine Alternative Revolutionary Path Movement,” the “Committee against Imperialism and Solidarity with Iran,” “Simon Bolivar Institute for Peace and Solidarity among Peoples,” the “National Lawyers Association,” and the “International Association of Democratic Lawyers” participate in sponsoring and organizing the People’s Court. The Palestinian Right of Return Coalition in the United States, the Samidoun Network to Defend Palestinian Prisoners, the Ansour Coalition Against War and Racism, and other popular and human rights forces in North America and the world.
