This second installment concerns twenty-eight cities. These are Al Hoceima, Chefchaouen, Ouazzan, Guercif, Jerada, Boulemane, Taounate, Moulay Yacoub, Khémisset, Sidi Kacem, Sidi Slimane, Khénifra, Berrchid, Sidi Bennour, Chichaoua, Essaouira, Rehamna, Youssoufia, Ouarzazate, Tinghir , Zakoura, Chtouka Ait Baha, Tata, Sidi Ifni, Essmara, Tarfaya, Tiznit and Taourirt.
It should be recalled that this program was officially launched by a circular from the Head of Government, signed last January. It is a program aimed at creating some 250,000 direct jobs in the context of temporary public works during the years 2022 and 2023.
This is one of the flagship projects of the government program and one of the novelties of the 2022 Finance Law. 125,000 should be created during the current year for the benefit of people affected by the covid- 19, including those without vocational training.
