Created in 2019, the French-African Foundation promotes Franco-African dialogue and works to create generations of committed leaders in France and in Africa through its “Young Leaders” program. Each year, the foundation launches a call for applications in all the countries of the continent and in France in order to of select the most promising talents.

The foundation brings together the promotions during two weeks (one week in France, one week in an African country) by organizing meetings, training, as well as moments of professional and personal exchanges in contact with personalities from the political, economic and cultural spheres. , sporting and associative.
Applications from February 16
Since its first edition, the program has received more than 5,500 applications from 53 African countries, and has 150 alumni. A jury will select the future winners, who will be 30 in number. The French part of the program will take place the week of June 19 et the Rwandan side in the fall. The call for applications will be available on the French-African Foundation website from February 16 to March 17.

Among its supporters, the French-African Foundation includes institutional partners such as the French Development Agency (AFD), the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs, as well as private groups such as Meridiam.
