Asunción, IP Agency.- The Health Services Company of Paraguay SA (Essap), launched this Tuesday a campaign to recover delinquent portfolios, aimed at helping its users regularize their debts and alleviate their financial situation.
This initiative promoted by instructions from the President of the Republic, Santiago Peña, will be in force until January 31, 2025.
With this objective, the institution enabled its Public Service Centers in Asunción, San Lorenzo and regional offices in the interior of the country to receive interested users. Likewise, the telephone number 021-162 is available for additional inquiries.
As the main benefit, the campaign offers total exemption from late payment interest for users with active and closed accounts who can make cash payments. For those who cannot pay off their entire debt in a single installment, Essap provides installment plans, with a minimum initial payment of 10% and financing for up to 36 months.
The campaign also includes a 50% discount on administrative surcharges to regularize clandestine or irregular connections.
With this campaign, we seek to strengthen the commitment to users, offering options that facilitate the normalization of their services and contribute to a better future for all, reports Essap.
