VAS “Latvijas pasts” offers to buy ten real estate properties in public auctions with an upward step on the electronic auction site, according to the company’s announcements in the official publication “Latvijas výstnesis”.
The highest starting price of the auction was set at 48,240 euros for the property in St. Ludvik Square in Krāslava, which consists of a building with an area of 3177.5 square meters and land with an area of 3573 square meters. The auction step will be 400 euros.
In Aizkraukle, “Latvijas pasts” will offer to buy the real estate on Rūpniekibas street 1A, which consists of the supposed part of buildings 800/1324, with the starting price of 16,791 euros. The auction step will be 200 euros. Also, Aizkraukle will offer to buy a property with a starting price of 1,888 euros on Rūpniekibas street 1D, which consists of the estimated part of the building 800/1324 from the total area of 192.2 square meters. The auction step will be 20 euros.
The company will also auction a property in Gulbene, Oskaras Kalpak Street 62, which consists of land with an area of 2982 square meters. The starting price of the auction will be 11,760 euros, and the auction step – 150 euros.
In Ķeipen, “Latvijas pasts” will auction the property “Krustiņi” with a starting price of 8480 euros, but the auction step will be 100 euros. The property consists of the supposed part of building 5010/142151. On the other hand, the Špoģos company offers to purchase real estate at Šosejas street 10, which consists of a building with an area of 130.3 square meters and land with an area of 1351 square meters. The starting price of the auction will be 6,000 euros, and the auction step – 100 euros.
In the Rēzekne region, the company will auction the communication department of Luznava with a starting price of 4,640 euros, which consists of a building with an area of 206.7 square meters and land with an area of 460 square meters. The auction step is set at 50 euros, but the Pilskalnas post office company will auction with a starting price of 1,246 euros. The property consists of a building with an area of 164 square meters and land with an area of 1130 square meters. The auction step will be 20 euros.
At the same time, “Latvijas pasts” will offer to buy real estate at Rīgas street 22, Dubna, which consists of a building with an area of 98.3 square meters, for the auction contract price of 1,244 euros. The auction step will be 20 euros. On the other hand, the property at Latgales street 6, Sīļukalnā, will be auctioned with a starting price of 770 euros. The property consists of 2/9 of the estimated part of the building. The auction step will be 20 euros.
You can apply for all auctions until November 6 this year, the auction will end on November 19.
