Latin American School of Medicine Salvador Allende opens new headquarters

“The Latin American School of Medicine Dr. Salvador Allende will open a new and modern headquarters, which will be inaugurated soon to receive the new school year of the 30,000 students that we have projected to graduate as doctors in Comprehensive Community Medicine.”

In this way, it was pointed out by the President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro Moros, during the anniversary activity of the commemoration of the 19th anniversary of the founding of the Barrio Adentro Mission, from El Calvario Park, in Caracas.

The Head of State pointed out that the venue will be first class and that it will have state-of-the-art equipment and technology for the teaching of Integral Medicine. “We are already adapting it and it gives me great joy to bring those 30,000 students to be trained here,” he said.

He also pointed out that the first thousand young people will come from Latin America, the Caribbean, Africa, Asia and the United States, to be trained in this new and modern headquarters of the Dr. Salvador Allende Latin American School of Medicine.
