Amid the many questions raised regarding the man’s whereregardings, the commander of the Rapid Support Forces, Mohamed Hamdan Daglo, nicknamed Hamidti, appeared for the first time since the start of the clashes with the army, last week, quickly in a brief video.

The video clip that circulated today, Sunday, showed Daklo, with audio and video, for the first time, traveling on a military vehicle in the vicinity of the presidential palace, apparently.

This came following Hamidti confirmed in an exclusive interview with Al-Arabiya on Saturday night that he was inside Khartoum and with the Rapid Support Forces, in response to the army commander, Abdel Fattah Al-Burhan, who announced earlier that no one knows the whereregardings of Dagalo, not even his members, in reference to That he is out of sight.

Al-Burhan, in turn, stressed that he is at the headquarters of the army’s general command, and that he will only leave a dead body.

The headquarters of the command, as well as the vicinity of the airport in the capital, have witnessed violent clashes since the start of the conflict between the two major military forces, despite the truce and cease-fire that was announced repeatedly, the last of which was on Friday in what was known as the Eid truce.

While the statements of the two men, who confirmed that they will not surrender, indicate that the war or fighting may be prolonged, amid the unwillingness of any party to retreat or concede.

It is noteworthy that those clashes, which began on April 15, have killed nearly 450 civilians so far, and injured regarding 2,000 people, amid a complete outage of most hospitals in Khartoum, electricity outages, and a scarcity of drinking water and foodstuffs.
