Wade Robson’s (40) lawsuit once morest Michael Jackson († 50) for sexual harassment might still be heard in court. This is reported by “TMZ”.

Last year, a court repeatedly dismissed Robson’s lawsuit once morest Jackson’s companies. But now, according to “TMZ”, an appeals court has provisionally decided that the case will be heard.

Wade Robson first sued Michael Jackson’s MJJ Productions and MJJ Ventures in 2013. The superstar allegedly molested him between 1990 and 1997. At that time he was between seven and 14 years old. Robson is suing Jackson’s companies and estate executors for allegedly facilitating the abuse.

In 2017, a court dismissed the Australian’s claim for the first time because the statute of limitations had expired. Two years later, California passed legislation giving victims of alleged child abuse longer time limits. Robson went back to court, but the lawsuit was dismissed once more in 2021. Jackson’s companies had no legal responsibility for protecting Robson from the singer, the judge argued.

In 2005, Wade Robson testified in favor of Michael Jackson in yet another trial. The singer never bothered him. Even following Jackson’s death, he had said nothing negative regarding the megastar. He was “brainwashed” at the time, saw Jackson as a kind of god, Robson said later regarding his statements.
