Russian forces shelled civilian areas including a hospital in Mikolaiv and a mosque in Mariupol, a southeastern port city that has been under siege for two weeks.
Russian shelling also ripped through Vasylkiv airport on Saturday, located regarding 40 kilometers south of Kiev, where a gasoline depot caught fire, according to the city’s mayor.
