The final result showed how difficult the conditions were on Saturday. Only eight runners made it into the second heat, only four finished the race. After gold on Friday in the super combination – more on that in Grasski: Tina Hetfleisch wins gold at the Junior World Championships – Tina Hetfleisch from Oberdorf also won the slalom on Saturday, ahead of the Czech Eliska Rejchrtova and the Austrian Lara Teynor.
Sportpool Burgenland Only on Friday did Tina Hetfleisch win gold in the super combination
The unlucky person on Saturday was Emma Eberhardt from Rettenbach. She was still leading in front of Hetfleisch following the first round, but then had problems at the start and in the end had to settle for fourth place, the most thankless of all World Championship places.
Austria wins all competitions until Saturday
Significantly more runners made it to the finish for the boys. The slalom title also went to an Austrian – to Sebastian Posch. Austria has thus won all six competitions that have been held so far. The Junior World Championships in Rettenbach will end on Sunday with the giant slalom.
