After several days of silence, without a new face (beyond Barranquilla FC players Kevin Padilla and Yeferson Moreno), it finally seems that the signings are regarding to reach Junior.
This was confirmed by Fuad Char Abdala, a shareholder of the team, who, before entering the tribute of the Mayor of Barranquilla to Sebastián Viera, assured that the players Víctor Moreno and Emanuel Olivera are almost closed by the club.
“We are regarding to close two central defenders, a front-line midfielder, an offensive midfielder and two forwards,” said the former senator.
“The centrals are the Argentine who was in Nacional last year, Emanuel Olivera, and Víctor Moreno, from Medellín. I don’t know when Víctor Moreno will come, but that business is closed, ”he added.
The manager also assured that they sent an offer to the Plaza Colonia club for the goalkeeper Santiago Mele.
“We’re on it. We are talking regarding a loan with a purchase option. Plaza Colonia is studying the offer, ”she said.
Finally, Fuad Char ruled out a return by Víctor Cantillo: “There are no chances for Víctor Cantillo.”
